Maintenance Contract

As is the way with most things, remaining ahead of potential problems is the most sensible approach – both in terms of peace-of-mind and pocketbook.

Proactively correcting issues and undertaking regular check-ins (suggested spring and fall) to mitigate potential safety issues, assure proper drainage and pre-empt possible deterioration, is the most economical way to head-off more expensive and potentially dangerous and costly occurrences down the road.

Informed by the initial facility catch basin inventory and project priority assessment made available through its project management system, CBA makes an ongoing contract maintenance program available for precisely this reason.

Environmental Impact

If an approach doesn’t consider what happens tomorrow, it isn’t true leadership.

At CBA, all reasonable precautions are taken to minimize negative impact on our environment.

This entails advancing processes that do everything from recycling asphalt, concrete, and metals from project sites and using less equipment than traditional asphalt companies to using only cleaner-burning propane equipment and strictly enforcing our two-minute-idle rule for CBA trucks and equipment.

We have children and enjoy spending time outdoors too; and we know there is a lot more at stake than our reputation as industry leader.
